Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unlockd app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Creator Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to be a creator
• You maintain ownership of your content
• You grant us license to display and distribute your content
• You are responsible for your content's compliance with laws
• Revenue share is 90% to creator, 10% to platform

User Terms

• Token purchases are final and non-refundable
• Content access is for personal use only
• Sharing or redistributing content is prohibited
• Account sharing is not permitted

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content
• Copyright infringing material
• Malicious software
• Content that violates third-party rights

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these terms.
